Purer Living is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

Insurance
Purer Living holds Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance with Westminster Insurance.

Confidentiality and Privacy
Purer Living provides a professional and confidential service. Purer Living will never share any personal information to third parties. Permission will always be asked prior to taking and sharing any photographs.  This will be a record of progress for the client and may be used for marketing on social media as an exemplary to others. Any photographs and or information obtained and shared during a session will be anonymized. This is a very private and personal service that Purer Living respects with no judgements made and is aware that trust is not to be breached. The handling of your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Services
Purer Living offers guidance and support relating to but not limited to the KonMari™ method in the decluttering and organizing of your home. Any guidance taken is always fully the client’s choice and Purer Living will not be held responsible for the consequences of their decisions. Purer Living will always take the utmost care in the handling of a client’s possessions. In the unfortunate event of an accident, Purer Living will not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred.  It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the appropriate contents insurance.

Limits of work
Purer Living works only directly with the client as agreed in the initial consultation. Any other members of the household wishing to use the services of Purer Living is to arrange a new contract as a separate basis.  Purer Living works with the client to provide them with strategies to declutter and organize their home. Purer Living is in no way a cleaning service. Purer Living will help with light lifting and cleaning as discussed during the initial consultation but will not move heavy or large items due to health and safety reasons. If this is required, please arrange prior to the commencement of our session.

Discarding belongings
Purer Living works only with the client and their belongings. Any items belonging to another person in the household may not be discarded without that person’s permission and this is to be dealt with outside of the session by the client. Any decisions regarding items belonging to children under the age of three may be made by the client so long as they are the parent/guardian of that child.

Removal of items
It is the client’s responsibility to dispose of or charity the chosen discarded items appropriately.

Hours of work 
The Joy Package is a set rate charge. 

On booking a workshop, a pre-agreed rate and conditions will be discussed and agreed.

The following is applicable to any sessions booked under the Purify hourly rate. On booking, a pre-agreed number of hours for the session will be made however it is to be understood that due to the nature of the work this may change due to several reasons including and not limited to: 

1. The size of your home and volume of items
2. The pace of the client
3. Your preparation before each session

You will be charged for the number of hours worked this is to include any short breaks taken. If the session runs over lunchtime hours it will be mutually agreed between the client and consultant if a break is to be taken and this will not be charged for. One session typically lasts 3-5 hours.
 
Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance of each session for which an invoice will be provided. On booking a 40% deposit is to be paid for by BACS transfer. The remainder of the payment is due 48 hours prior to each session. Any future sessions booked will be charged at an hourly rate advised by Purer Living. Unless booking the Joy Package which has a set rate charge. Workshops payments will be charged in accordance with any pre-agreement made with Purer Living on booking. Purer Living has the right to alter prices in accordance with promotional offers and changes to the business. Any travel 15 miles outside of the postcode BH21 may be charged for and will be agreed at the time of booking. Additional travel costs, trains, flights and accommodation will be charged at cost.

Cancellation Policy
Purer Living understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur. If this is the case, please contact Purer Living at romana@purerliving.com to reschedule your session. Purer Living require at least 48 hours notice to cancel a session where a full refund will be given. If less notice is given you may be charged for the whole session. If Purer Living must cancel, as much notice as possible will be given to the client and the appointment rescheduled on a mutually agreed date and time, if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged a full refund will be given. 

Purer Living reserve the right to update and amend these terms and conditions. Should this be the case, a new contract will be given for you to read and sign.

By signing this document, you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to Purer Living holding personal data about you.
